Mona Atrzadeh has completed a Master’s degree in psychology and holds a certificate in assessment. She is currently completing her Doctoral degree in Clinical Psychology at Adler Graduate Professional School and plans to become registered with the College of Psychologists of Ontario.
Mona has acquired experience working with children, adolescents, and adults. She has knowledge of work with various mental health diagnoses including, but not limited to, anxiety, depression, attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD), autism spectrum disorder (ASD), selective mutism, and obsessive-compulsive disorder. Mona’s therapeutic approach is integrative as she draws from various modalities in her practice, including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), and Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT). She also has experience supporting parents using Emotion-Focused Family Therapy (EFFT). Her assessment background includes conducting psychoeducational, ADHD, ASD, and psychodiagnostic assessments.
