Monica believes there can be many factors and experiences that distract us from our intended path and lead us to feeling disconnected with ourselves and the world. Emotional pain, trauma, and suffering are symptoms of this disconnection. With her personal experience and professional knowledge, Monica has a track record of helping people pierce the illusion of unhappiness to find their true purposeful path.
Monica leads by example. Accompanying all the training and experience in psychology, Monica has been a practitioner and teacher of yoga, meditation, and fitness for 35 years. Monica believes in the connection of body, mind and spirit and realizes if these internal relationships are honored, there is a fundamentally healthy individual that is dying to come out and play.
