​Erica is dedicated to helping individuals of all ages navigate life’s challenges and build lasting resilience. With specialized experience supporting children and teens, including those with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and Intellectual Disability (ID), she brings a warm, practical, and collaborative approach to care.

Erica holds a Master’s degree from York University and am currently completing my PhD in Clinical Psychology. Her training integrates a strong foundation in research, assessment, and therapy, preparing her to work with a wide range of mental health concerns. As she moves forward in her career, she plans to register with the College of Psychologists of Ontario (CPO) as a psychologist, further expanding the scope of support she can offer.

In therapy, she  draws on a range of evidence-based modalities, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Play Therapy, and humanistic approaches. Her goal is to create a safe, inclusive space where your unique experiences and goals are central. Whether you’re navigating anxiety, depression, emotional regulation challenges, life transitions, or neurodevelopmental differences, Erica begins by understanding where you are and identifying what’s getting in the way. From there, she works with her clients to build a personalized plan forward, one that draws on your strengths and supports meaningful, lasting change.
