Dr. Frey, who has been in practice for approximately 20 years, primarily conducts psychological assessment and treatment for employees and employers within safety critical organizations (both in private and pubic sectors). Dr. Frey, who is a former Acting Chief Psychologist for the RCMP, also provides training on workplace resiliency and training/investigation of human factor based risks as they relate to air, marine, rail and pipeline transportation modes. He recently co-authored a book entitled Feeling Better: Beat Depression and Improve Your Relationships with Interpersonal Psychotherapy (published by New World Library) and was invited to present before the Senate of Canada on the topic of occupational stress injuries among law enforcement and military personal.
